General Terms of Purchase for Desktop Products

MACHINE is defined as any computer, workstation, laptop, personal computer, or other device that supports the installation of software by CTdeveloping, LLC (hereafter "CTdeveloping")
LICENSE is defined as a limited right of use of a single copy of one of a given CTdeveloping product or product bundle.
DESKTOP PRODUCT is defined as any software available for purchase from CTdeveloping which is not intended for or licensed for server or royalty-free development use. These products include, but are not limited to PDFtypewriter, PDFtypewriter with PDF Printer Driver, PDFconverter, PDFencrypt, PDF to DOC, and PDF Text Reader.

CTdeveloping website: By clicking the PLACE ORDER button (or corresponding button to place your order or make payment for your order) on the CTdeveloping website you agree to make the specified payment to CTdeveloping and authorize CTdeveloping to charge your credit card the specified payment amount.

PayPal website: By clicking the PLACE ORDER button (or corresponding button to place your order or make payment for your order) on the PayPal website you agree to make the specified payment to CTdeveloping and authorize PayPal to charge your credit card the specified payment amount and/or debit your checking account and/or debit your PayPal account the specified amount and transfer these funds to CTdeveloping (see www.paypal.com for more information).

Other payment methods: By clicking the PLACE ORDER button, signing your check, (or corresponding button/action to place your order or make payment for your order) you agree to make the specified payment to CTdeveloping and authorize the payment agent to charge your credit card the specified payment amount and/or debit your checking account the specified amount (and/or any other payment means) and transfer these funds to CTdeveloping.

For each LICENSE and corresponding serial number (where applicable) issued with respect to a given DESKTOP PRODUCT, the product may be installed on ONE (1) MACHINE for ANY purpose (commercial, personal, education, or other) except where CTdeveloping has specified in writing to the contrary.
However, a purchaser of a single LICENSE may install the corresponding product on up to TWO (2) MACHINES, if and only if both such MACHINES ar owned and SOLELY used by a SINGLE USER.

Purchases of each LICENSE are bound by the applicable software license(s) of each of the purchased product(s) and of each component thereof.

CTdeveloping takes reasonable precautions to protect all data entered on its sites, especially that data involving credit cards. CTdeveloping order form pages are encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption, the industry standard for online security. As an added security measure CTdeveloping stores no part of any credit card number or the associated expiration data, cvv2 code, and billing information in its online database except as required by our merchant bank. CTdeveloping's web pages, databases, computer resources, development resources, and all assets are keep under safe-guard from hackers, exploits, viruses, and all non-CTdeveloping employees. We do not share any information collected on our sites with third parties (except as needed to process your credit card through our merchant bank). Like CTdeveloping, our merchant bank does not share information with third parties and also makes privacy and security of the utmost importance. While CTdeveloping takes the previously described precautions and more, problems can occur. CTdeveloping is not to be held directly or indirectly, legally or financially responsible for problems arising resulting in any general, special, consequential or other damages, costs, expenses, fees (including but not limited to consultant and/or attorney fees), or any other loss or liability, directly or indirectly, to any person, company, institution, or other party for ANY reason.

All sales are final. CTdeveloping offers a DEMO period on all of its products which allows all users to evaluate the software for their uses and decide whether or not to purchase. When the decision is made to purchase, the purchaser has decided that the purchased product(s) suits his or her needs. As at the time of purchase the purchaser has decided that the product satisfies his or her needs, no refund for the reason of dissatisfaction would be appropriate. Hence all sales are final. Refunds will not be given (except in rare occasions in the sole and absolute discretion of CTdeveloping).

Almost all electronic orders are delivered within 1 hour, usually within seconds of purchase. We do not guarantee delivery of purchase within any specified period of time, although we do promise to do our best to fill your order as soon as possible. If you have not received an email within the first hour, please check your SPAM / BULK mail folder and contact CTdeveloping via our website.

Orders placed via PayPal or Google Checkout may take longer to process. If eCheck is selected as the method of payment when using PayPal, orders will not be delivered until the eCheck has cleared our accounts (usually 3 to 4 business days), as advised by PayPal. To ensure quickest delivery, purchase our products directly on our website using your credit card.

Purchases of CD products do not always include a license or serial number to that software unless both the product and the CD are purchased together. Licenses to register the software can be ordered separately on our website. CDs are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days. We do not guarantee delivery of purchase within any specified period of time, although we do promise to do our best to fill your order as soon as possible. All products are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, except where otherwise specified. Please note, at this time we only ship to the BILLING address on your credit card. We are not responsible for undelivered orders for any of the following reasons:
(a) Entered billing address could not be verified with credit card company
(b) Entered address could not be found, does not exist, or can not be delivered to for any reason.
All purchased CD products are supplement to the "Digital Delivery" products which can be purchased on our website. A connection to the internet will still be needed to install and register CTdeveloping products that are on CD.
