In Step 3 of the process, the specifics of the image conversion are specified.

1 Custom control

Click Here to set PDFconverter to either convert all pages in a file, or to convert a subset of images (from a specific page, to a specific page).

2 Use Thorough Method

Use Thorough Method
Click Here enable the thorough method. Using this method runs a more rigorous analysis of the file and processes it more carefully. Enabling this option is recommended.

3 Resize Options

Resize Options
Click Here to resize image output to a specific size.

4 DPI

DPI
Click Here to set the DPI (Dots per square inch) of the output. This value is the number of horizontal and vertical pixels per square inch of the original file. Generally the higher this value, the better quality output, however it will increase the time it takes to process as well as output file sizes. 72-300 is recommended, however any value can be entered.

5 Convert to Black and White

Convert to Black and White
Click Here to instruct PDFconverter to convert all images to black and white.

6 Trim Whitespace

Trim Whitespace
Click Here to have PDFconverter trim excess white space on all sides of each page.

7 Antialiasing

Antialiasing
Change these two drop down fields to set the amount of antialiasing (anti-aliasing) which should be done on the output images. The higher, generally the better quality output.

8 Image Type Options

Image Type Options
Click Here to set image options. These options will change from image format to format.

9 Cancel

Cancel
Click Here to cancel the file conversion and close this dialog

10 Previous

Previous
Click Here to return to the previous step in the conversion process.

11 Next

Next
Once you have selected an output file type, you will be able to click the next button to proceed to the next step in the process.
