PDFtypewriter Help Files

On the main form field tab, clicking the SHOW JAVASCRIPT OPTIONS, displays the JavaScript options for the form field.

Each event can have a different JavaScript script that gets triggered. See the Adobe PDF Specification for information on JavaScript syntax.

It is very similar to standard JavaScript as used in HTML.

Clicking the Form Field tab again will return you to the main form field tab.

Note: PDFtypewriter does not check JavaScript syntax.

Tabs

Select a tab to view and edit the properties for a PDFtypewriter object type.

Select the event which the below Javascript will run for. Javascript can run on more than one event.

Input the Javascript for the selected Form Field here.

Click Here to return to the general Form Field Properties for this object.

Click Here to accept the changes to the object and return to the main PDFtypewriter editor.

Click Here to cancel the modifications made to the properties.
