Clipboard & Cropping

To cut, copy, paste, and delete objects, use the clipboard toolbar.

 

Click the Cut Button (1)   (or click EDIT -> CUT or press CTRL-X) to delete and place on the clipboard any object.

 

Click the Copy Button (2)   (or click EDIT -> COPY or press CTRL-C) to place the selected object(s) on the clipboard.

 

Click the Paste Button (3)   (or click EDIT -> PASTE or press CTRL-V) to place any objects on the clipboard onto the PDF.   If there is any plan text on the clipboard, you can also paste this text directly on the PDF.   A new object will automatically be created and the text from the clipboard placed in the object.

Click Here to cut the selected objects to the clipboard.

 

2 . Copy Button Copy Button

Click Here to copy the selected objects to the clipboard.

 

3 . Paste Button Paste Button

Paste Button

Click Here to paste the clipboard contents to the current page. If text is on the clipboard, it will be pasted in a text object to the page. If a picture is on the clipboard, it will be pasted onto the page. If PDFtypewriter objects are on the clipboard, they will be pasted to the current page. Use the Paste in Place option on the EDIT drop down menu to put objects in the same place as they were on another page.

 

4 . Delete Button Delete Button

Click Here to delete the selected objects.

 

5 . Crop Page Crop Page

Crop Page

Click Here to crop the current page. The crop tool will appear allowing you to specify the dimensions you wish to crop the current page.

You can alternatively crop a page using the page cropping tool available by clicking MANAGE PAGES -> CROP PAGE USING TOOL.

 

6 . Spell Check Spell Check

Spell Check

Click Here to being spell checking the document.
