Click FILE-> NEW / IMPORT -> FROM WORD DOCUMENT:

Select the word document that you want to open in the dialog.

Click OPEN.

The above dialog will appear.

PDFtypewriter will automatically convert the DOC to a PDF and open it in PDFtypewriter.

You can then start editing the file as if it were any other PDF.
